Product Highlight – Is the Logitech MX Master 4 Worth the Upgrade?

Categories :

If you’re in the market for a new mouse and you spend a lot of time at a desk, the Logitech MX Master 4 is hard to look past. It’s comfortable, packed with useful features, and genuinely makes day-to-day computer use more enjoyable.

What makes it different?

The biggest new thing with the MX Master 4 is haptic feedback. The mouse gives you a small vibration when you do certain things like adjusting a slider or switching between apps. It feels more responsive than a regular mouse and after a day or two you’ll wonder how you got on without it.

There’s also a new feature called the Actions Ring. Click a button and a small menu pops up right where your cursor is, giving you quick access to whatever tools or shortcuts you use most. It works differently depending on the app you’re in, which is a nice touch.

The rest is great too

The scroll wheel is still one of the best things about any mouse Logitech makes. You can flick through a long document in seconds or scroll slowly line by line — it switches between the two automatically. The sensor works on any surface, even glass desks, and the battery lasts up to 70 days on a full charge. It charges via USB-C, and one minute of charging gives you three hours of use if you’re in a rush.

Worth it?

If you already have an MX Master 3S and it’s working fine, you don’t urgently need to upgrade. But if you’re buying new or replacing an older mouse, the MX Master 4 is genuinely excellent and well worth the money.
