1. Introduction

By using our website and purchasing from Core Computers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure encrypted checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Ireland. Delivery times are outlined at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

4. Refunds and Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The following cannot be returned: downloadable software, and opened or damaged items.

Partial refunds may apply to items not in original condition or returned after 30 days. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are only offered on defective or damaged items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within a number of business days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

All products come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Irish consumer law.
